VACANCY (CAREER WITH US) :

Bodeli General Hospital:Modern,35 bedded, ISO 9001 certified ,fully automated with EMR, well equipped hospital located at semi urban place Bodeli 70 Kms from Baroda, with Doctor's residence in hospital premises or nearby.This is a paperless Hospital having EMR (Electronic Medical Records). All are required to enter all patient related data realtime in the HIMS software. Only basic Knowledge of Computers is required. ( Couple Doctors will be preferred).

We believe in providing affordable and quality Healthcare in a clean, ethical manner. We have zero tolerance to cuts/commission practice, or any sort of malpractice. Candidates should be dedicated, honest, having working knowledge of computers, satisfied with clean ethical practice, adequately qualified and well experienced. Should be willing to relocate to respective locations and willing to serve for a long time.Some doctors may be located at Baroda branch (Medistar Hospitals) and will be attending both hospitals (branches). Candidates willing to sign an employment bond for 2 years will be preferred.

1.DOCTORS:RMOs,Senior Residents, Specialists, MBBS/MD/MS/DNB/(MCI Recognised) -Senior Residents: Post PG min.1 yr exp., Specialists: Post PG min.5 yrs exp., RMOs: MBBS with min.1 year exp. - For Full time & part time attachment in following Specialities and medical Officers:

Internal Medicine, General & Laparoscopic Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics , Paediatrics, Radiology, Anaesthesiology & Critical Care.

Should be able to handle and manage the following functions independently:

• Run OPDs in Fixed hours.
• Perform all routine and emergency procedures/surgeries.
• Attend emergencies promptly.
• Train staff and assist management in Hospital administration
• Attend meetings, attend camps,etc whenever organized by hospital
• Document all activities in the HIMS Software realtime
• Any other work as assigned and entrusted by management from time to time

2.NURSES,PARAMEDICS,OFFICE PERSONNEL: Nurses (ICU, OT, OPD, Ward,) Pharmacist, Medical Record Technician, I.T.technician, OT Technician.

NURSES:

Nurses should be well experienced, registered with Nursing council ( Will have to apply for Gujarat Nursing council for registration before joining). Qualification: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 2 years experience in a hospital of >50 beds.
Duties of Nurse:

• Follow Doctors orders with regard to patient care,treatment
• Help hospital management in hospital cleanliness, and overall administration
• Attend trainings,meetings, camps whenever required
• Manage OPDs, Indoor Wards,ICUs,Operation Theatre,CSSD,Deliveries and all routine Nursing Care and procedures.
• Document all activities in the HIMS Software realtime
• Any other work as assigned and entrusted by management from time to time

PHARMACIST:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:D. PHARMA/ B, PHARMA, Should have valid registration.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a High Volume Chemist Outlet/Hospital.
Willing to sign a bond of minimum 2 years.

Duties in General:

• Manage Pharmacy- Dispense, maintain Stock,Order as per Formulary and pre approved agencies.
• Document all activities realtime in HIMS Software
• Any other work as assigned and entrusted by management from time to time
• Attend trainings,meetings, camps whenever required

3.HOSPITAL ASST. MANAGERS: Operations, HR, Marketing: Min 5 yrs. experience in Healthcare/ hospitals >50 beds- MBA/MHA (Full time courses from reputed institutes).Should be computer literate,& fluent in English, Hindi & preferably Gujarati.

4.CLINICAL ASSISTANTS: BHMS/BAMS Graduates with computer knowledge, and min. 5 yrs experience.
Duties: ward Rounds,Attending emergencies. Following Orders of Consultants/Specialists, Documentation of Activities, orders realtime in EMR and HIMS.


Remuneration: (Doctors/Higher Positions: Fixed Salary Plus Performance based incentive). Best in Industry ,Will not be constraint for deserving candidates, depending on qualification & Experience.
